inconsistent stay
noise level broken elevator
the noise level was not good. i could hear conversations clearly from my room. this made it hard to sleep. the elevator also stopped working for a period.

a treasure found in the city
short walk attentive staff fresh fruit
I adored the proximity to the river. It was only a short walk. the reception staff was genuinely attentive, a detail i always appreciate. the breakfast offered many choices (i especially liked fresh fruit). the hotel's cleanliness was perfect. It felt fresh.
our room faced the street and the window didn't completely close, allowing a lot of noise to enter, made sleeping difficult.

river walk comfortable bed ample space tasty choices
The river walk to ponte vecchio was fine! the room offered ample space and cleanliness was great. I loved the comfortable bed! the breakfast included many tasty choices. It was a real treat and i could eat as much as i want.
the elevator was quite small, but it got the job done- i just had to be patient!

Air conditioning didn't work . It made the room uncomfortably hot. Staff did not clean the room one day and I ran out of clean towels.

Superb stay near the center
larger bed clean room helpful staff
The hotel is near the train station and the historic center. A short walk gets you everywhere. The bed in my room was larger than I thought, I found it clean. Staff were nice, very kind, and helpful .
The window didn't quite close all the way, so it got a little noisy at times.

My room featured a comfortable king-size bed and a spacious vanity area, PERFECT for organizing personal items. The air conditioning worked very well, a feature I APPRECIATED during the warmer days. Soundproofing was effective, though slight street noise was present at times.
